Ya and the only real way to modify a 360's anything basically is impossible. If you are thinking off modding the dashboard or games or the way the 360 plays that games you pretty much can't.

If you have a 360 dev kit, whole other story.

On a stock 360...the kernel, dashboard, and pretty much everything is signed with a RSA 2048 bit key...basically impossible to brute force and only Microsoft has the key....
