Please don't take offence, but PLEASE READ THE FORUM OR USE THE SEARCH.

XEXs are encrypted and CAN be decrypted. You cannot re-sign XEXs because only Micro$oft have the algorythm to do that. You cannot modify XEXs because that changes the signature and the Xbox will not boot it.

in future, please research before asking questions that have been asked like 10,000 times.

ok i just thought it would be easier to ask than search for it.
i think mircrosoft sould take a linux distro and put some microsoft programs on it and sell it. I dont really think they would do that, but it would be cool.

have an expoitable xbox 360 ... go in to linux restore syscall table... go to a hacked dash... done...

does it exist? no.

The scene is not dead.  There are people actively working on different aspects everyday.  Most of these people dont make forum posts unless they find something significant or because they dont publically release their findings (fear of the LAW, etc...).  Simply because an 'iso loader' doesnt exist, doesnt mean its dead.

Correct, but you can use the Infectus to change the consoles region code.
