hey guys i got a premodded xbox360 with a hitachi drive (ntsc america brought from asia) now eveyrhting has been fine with the xbox360 until i got the game "the darkness" (MULTI REGION) in order to play it i had to apply the update, so i did and now my xbox360 is always displaying a green screen! i have changed the scarts suspecting its a faulty scart but that is not the problem

any ideas what went wrong? and why is my screen constantly green, it plays dvds perfectly with no colour differentiation but all other xbox360 has a huge predominance of green! even after changing the settings of the blackness in the system menu and even after formatting my hard drive!

is it a completely green screen or just everything has a shade of green to it? That sometimes happens with mine but i just take the scart/vga cable out and plug it back in again.

not sure how helpful that is as I imagine that was the first thing you've done.

souds like your console has some how been put into pal mode for the uk nd your tv cant handle pl signals have to tryed it on a diff tv
