Swaping 360 Mobo

Hi , i have 2, 360 mobo and i'm trying marry the dvd drive ,
 this is the problem one of the x360 has the 3 light problem and i have everything dvd and keys
, the other 360 mobo is brand new but i don't have the keys

 wich chip i need to swap to make the 360 unit work

You dont.  You need the key from the new motherboard to make it work.  It isnt know where the key is currently stored on the 360 and/or if that chip that holds it is also married to the 360.
