Can I Have Music Auto-play In Dashboard?

i remember my buddy's xbox1 would play music automatically when u entered the dashboard.. and it would play a random song everytime.. is there anyway to have the 360 play a song automatically in dashboard?

I dont think u can have music autoplay on the 360 dashboard never seen any options for this at all,

need to remeber, 360 is a total remak, nothing like xbox 1.
