Question About Deleting Content From Games, On Hard Drive (read)

I'm new to 360 modding, my games are going on USB HDD

With xbox1 games you could delete certain content like foreign language files, ect.

There was actually a thread called games taking up too much space for XBOX1. link to xbox1 thread

Is it possible to delete any of the files from the 360 games.

For example my Jtaged 360 is NTSC I should only need english/Int files correct?

Game example
Game: Left for Dead 2
Files:
left4dead2_french
left4dead2_german
left4dead2_russian
left4dead2_spanish

Do I need these files or similar files from other games for the games to work on my JTAG NTSC 360?

If possible It would be nice if not and we could start a thread for files that can be deleted to save space on our drives like the XBOX1 thread listed above.

Thanks for any help in advance. I would like to save this space I dont need all thise other files if I can delete them.
