ive been reading and reading but cant figure out or find a how to flash bios with ftp or what program to use.could anyone help me out .thanks <

Please tell us your mod chip.

Did it come with a bios such as cromwell?

You seriously need to "read" more tutorials before you ask a question like that, everyone on xbox-scene is not god lol. We do help but we can't answer a question like that unless you provide us with more information. <
