Hello,

I am new to Xbox-Scene.

I was looking around for sometime now but couldn't really find the answer to my doubts, so some please spend some time to answer them if you can.

I have Elite 250 GB Xbox 360 which I just opened up to properly check the drive and its liteon 83850C and the console is August made PAL console.

I can get it modded from elsewhere but I want to do the same myself, so my doubt is...

Can we mod it anyhow using a laptop?

Can we use External casing ( as in case of HDD ) and change the key?

If not which MoBo should I purchase?

I do not have PCMCIA slot in my lappy, I just have Express card slot in my laptop.

Also is it easy to do modding for Litoon 83850C.
