360 And Ssds

Wondering if anyone has tried putting a solid state disk in the 360 to measure its performance. I want to try it althought I am pretty sure that the 360 would not be able to utilize SSD's speed. I remember reading somewhere that the 360 is not designed with SSDs in mind so the controller could not handle the data rate so there would not be too much of a performance gain.

Any one know anything on the subject?
