Help With New Harddrive Setup

ive got the basic 20 gig attached to my 360 for apps and whatnot but i wanna use a 1tb external drive for my games. can someone tell me how i should partition the external and what formats they need to be in. any help would be appreciated

external should be formatted in fat32 and should be a primary partition, not a logical partition. if you dont know what that means, i think it's safe to assume it's a primary partition.
you'll know if it right if the xbox detects it or not.

then you just extract isos and put them onto the external
something like g:\games\gamename would work
load up xexmenu and boot.

how can i get this formatted to fat32 for the entire thing...its only giving me like 200 gigs
