Installing Dlc

I have a banned 360 with a 20GB HDD. Now, since I was limited on space I usually relied on deleting and re-downloading my DLC, but now with the ban I can no longer do that. So my question is, how can I transfer the DLC from my PC to the 360 HDD. Also, I have iXtreme 1.51 installed on my DVD Drive and Kernel 8955 so from what I understand unless I'm wrong... there's no way to do these 'Jtag' mods or whatever they are. So would burning the DLC to CD/DVD work to install or would I have to connect the 360 HDD directly to my PC in order to transfer DLC. Thanks in advance!
