Reread what you are referring to here, I said as long as the chip or tsop is big enough. I only mentioned 1024k as there are no 512k tsops on any xboxes.

The point is that it is not running on a Xecuter 3 Modchip... According to the readme that is.

Its just like any other hardware+software vendor. Xecuter makes their money on the hardware. MS makes theirs on the software. Just like we've done to MS (take the subsidised hardware) people will now do to xecuter ( take the subsidised software ). If there was a magic button to stop this now xecuter wouldnt exist now would it

Xecuter is likely not too worried. They have a very loyal fanbase to appeal to

I made a post earlier about supporting xecuter, but now that i think about it a lot of people made a good point about suitable v1.6 BIOS options. My girlfriend has a softmoded v1.6 running with Evox M8. I would love to give her this BIOS release as xecuter does make some fantastic BIOS releases. So don't flame me, I see the wisdom in both sides of the argument, now if only i could interpret Yoshi's readme file I may be able to make understanding of exactly what is going on.

I just noticed something and was hoping that perhaps a moderator could change it. As far as I'm concerned I don't have the slightlest clue as to what a Bois is and it pains me to see that in the topic. It may be a small error, but it is also quite annoying. Anybody else agree with me?

Even if they did get this thing to write shit to a chip on the mod, would it really happen?

Xoduses flash os rom will let you flash stuff by xodus ONLY.And its gotta be in recovery mode.

Even if they did get it to s tore in bios, it would mean reflashing every little button press or change, and that sucsk when ure a perfectionist.

If you want X3 Config Live! get an x3. End of it.

dos prompt crashes everytime i use the packer, im sure its something i am doing wrong, just curious if anyone else is having the problem with yoshis' .bat file.
