Delete Game History/achievements From My Profile

My profile is on my 360 HDD and I need to get rid of a game/achievements (Snes360, I accidentally played it signed in to my profile I use on another console on Xbox Live) otherwise I think I'll get a bit banned when I sign in on the Live 360 with "Snes360" achievements.

I cannot delete my profile and recover on Xbx Live though as I haven't been on for about 6 months and I have done loads of games since then:(  Obviously if this is the only way I will have to but I would like to avoid it and delete its history specifically if I can.  Can anyone help me?
