Meh, looks to be exactly what it claims, Marketplace Data.  Just pushed through the Game IDs  listed in the smaller one and the IDs match more to marketplace items that had been visited.

It seems to track each time you visit a particular marketplace item and possibly how long you spend on that marketplace item's group.
