20 Gb To 120 Gb

I have a crappy 20 gb hard drive and Im out of space.  I want to use hddhacker and get the 120gb but my question is how can I transfer my files from the 20 to the 120?

The main one I am worried about is my rock band save.  I have copied all the rock band 1 songs to the hard drive to play them on rock band 2.  But I dont have rock band one anymore, are those songs going to transfer?
