Can You Get Banned For Having A Hacked Hdd

simply put, no, you probably will never get banned. Its not like pirating games or anything. Its getting a cheap addon to fill with only MS official content you have to pay for. So no, it wouldn't be in the best interests of MS to ban you either way.
