You need to use hddhackr and undo the flash by "hddhackr -u" this will use the undo.bin you made when you flashed the drive. Then after that you can reflash the drive again with hddhackr and reformat with your 360, your 360 should see it now again. After that while the hdd is still in your 360 go threw the inital setup again and create an offline profile this will make the needed partitions on your hdd. Now reconnect to your pc and using "Xplorer360_extreme2" copy your content folder from partiton 3 off your old hdd to your new one this contains all your data. After that you can put it back in your 360 and you should be good to go.
