Hello.
I posted this in another forum already but figured this one is more suitable.
I was wondering if someone here could help me with my xbox restarting itself.
When I play backups or originals of certain games, my xbox will sometimes restart
itself, usually at the beginning of the game, but sometimes randomly.
I have noticed that this only happens when my hard drive is connected.
The first game I noticed it on was Oblivion. Then Devil May Cry 4...now COD5.
I would like to note that the drive is actually a Western Digital Scorpio 80 gb modded with HDDHackr.
I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem with the hacked drive or...Is it
another technical conflict between the hard drive and another component of the 360 (motherboard etc.)
I just replaced my old Samsung drive with a BenQ because I needed a new drive anyway, but I figured that it might be the DVD drive causing this...but the problem still remains.
