Xbox360 20gb Hdd Help

I bought a 20gb xbox360 hdd from a garage sale for $15 and I took it apart, and bought a SATA to USB external enclosure.

It wouldn't read the HDD, but it read on the 360 and I even tried it on my PS3 and it worked.

Is there a way to format it for the PC so I can use it as an external HDD ?

I'm in the same situation as AgentVash.

Anyone have solutions? The drive works using a direct connection such as a SATA card, or other internal connection. However, ideally I'd want to use it as a portable drive. Does anyone know what external case works for it under PC use?
