Oh cool thanks for that,its not what i expected to hear to be honest as EVERYWHERE you look seems to say the same thing about un-microsoft hdds that they can do everything barr saving games.Im sure you know what your saying but your absolutely positve about that?

Done right it should work EXACTLY like a M$ factory disk.

There are some (a lot of) things that have to be done to make it work just fine but... that's supposed to be that way.

If you're having doubts it'll even work you should stay way  from doing that...

Thanks for the concern mate but i think im capable (hopefully,lol!).I have been doing lots of various console mods etc. especially on the 360 and i personally dont see any risk involved unless im mistaken? If any issue did arise and i decide to leave it then surely i could just re-format. You only hex edit sectors 16-24 i think,i believe that the most testing part for me personally will be creating an internal connection for a core by stripping down a sata cable and soldering etc. (Agghh! soldering!).
