From 360 To Laptop?

Anyway to take a 120 elite HD and put it in a laptop as the primary drive (ie. reformat and install windows)?

if your laptop has SATA then np.. just take it out...

WTF?  i cant understand why someone would format an elite 120 gb hdd and put it in a laptop????

why would you do this.  You can get a 120GB HDD for way less than what it costs for the 360 model drive.

Sure, it's doable.. it's just a regular SATA harddisk, it's the other way 'round that's the tricky part wink.gif

One suggestion though ... I would backup the hddss.bin (or whatever it is called) just in case you want to re-use the hdd for your 360.  Without that hddss.bin, the hdd would only be good for computers.
