Been having a SATA headache all weekend, was wondering if anyone knows if this Promise PCI SATA controller will work with the Samsung drives.

Why spend $60 on that? Go to newegg and get a $14 sata card from SYBA with a VIA 6421 chipset

Ordered it, couldnt find anything local that had a VIA chipset.. thought you were refering to the non-raid version which is sold out, hopefully this works for me.

i dont know about this particular card but i can confirm that there are loads from the same seller on ebay and the 100% work for samsung ms25's and ms28's flashed a ms28 last night and a ms25 today with this card http://cgi.ebay.co.u...1QQcmdZViewItem
