Asus P4p 800 Intel Ich5 On Board Not Work Mtkflash?

Hello boys, I have a large problem with the flash of samsung a TSH943.  My PC configuratior: 800 Asus P4P Serial ATA Intel ICH5 supports two UltraDMA/150 SATA The Drive is recognize from bios, have disable all the Ide channel from bios, Mtkflash gives this to me response: port960, Master/Slavic a0.

I have tried lots of different combinations such as disconnecting IDE and SATAII devices with only the TS drive connected by itself but still no joy.

I have flash another DRiVE (Hitachi succesful with Mobo)
