Can I Use My Premium Hd On A Core System ?

Can i use the drive in a core system when formating when atached ? or can i unlock the drive on my pc and then atach it to a new core system ?

Or do i need to buy an other freaking premium pack ?

Yes you can move the populated HDD to the CORE console.  X360 HDDs arn't locked like XBOX1 HDDs.  But I believe you'll need to be logged into XBL for the any XBL Arcade or preimum content to work - See here for more details.
