Hdd Cache File Partition/location?
« on: March 31, 2006, 03:10:00 AM »

XBOX1 cache is stored as

/partition0/xbox1 <-legacy partition X
/partition0/xbox2 <-legacy partition Y
/partition0/xbox3 <-legacy partition Z

as for 360 cache - there is a cache 'directory' within /partition3/ but from my findings. It's rarley used as actual cache!

The .map files your seeing are there from you playing the Halo series on your 360. As I pointed out those are the 'legacy' cache partitions. Meaning XBOX1 BC related. smile.gif

They are editable well the halo 1 map files are you can do your mods just like you could with hmt then just copy it onto the drive but to exploit i'd say nope
