Replaced Drive Due To It's "knackered-ness".. Now Open T

Hey

My drive sometimes threw unreadable disc errors and had a sticky tray as well as using the "rubber band trick". I have replaced my Sammy 28 with another brand new from eBay. I swapped the PCB so that the key was the same. Now, it plays originals, a couple of backups (aone plus discs) but not all.. Not even a Verbatim backup.

So I know the key is right..

Ideas?
