first thing to check is the band..if not its the motor or board..
there is a small wheel on the front on the drive..start to turn that till the tray starts to come out..then pull the tray slowly as far as it will go..then at the back end of the tray is 2 little levers..pull them up and the tray will come out sompletely..you should then see the band around the wheel at the very front of the drive....plug the drive back in again and eject..see if the wheels turn..if they do then the band has become too slack.remove the black band. then just put any really small rubber band around it that was smaller than the original...also a good idea to lube and clean it up while its fully open in that state..clean down the sides and allong the metal runners but dont touch the laser if possible..
if the wheel doesnt turn at all then its going to be either the motor or the board..either way get a dump of the drive if you can and then you can just buy a new drive and spoof/inject the key into it..
