Summer Update

Have any of the talented people around here had a chance to analyse the new update to see if any additional security checks have been added to XBL? I haven't updated mine yet and i'm see what comes out of it...

The console update is completely independent on the drives firmware. Go ahead and update there will be no problem.

Ok cool, thanks for the very quick reply! I just try to be super safe with LIVE, never play a game unless it has passed successfully through abgx etc. and just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
