Hey I was wondering if you need to have a NTSC xbox to run win-ce. When I run the app (which appears to load fine) I get a wierd picture - as if someone has adjusted the vertical hold on the tv. I am sure this is not normal -> is there a solution? HAs anyone else experienced this problem??? I have a TV capable of viewing both formats and using either one I get the same picture....?
