Flashing Lite-on Jungleflasher Wont Go Past Extract Command Sent

Hi folks a friend has installed a Via chipset sata card in his windows pc, he has the CK3 with probe, everything is showing in Jungleflasher but when he clicks get key etc , Jungle sends the get dvd key command then does nothing, no 0000s nothing. it is the latest Jungleflasher etc and portio2 drivers, via drivers and probe drivers are all installed.


any help would be greatly appreciatted

Drive tray is half closed?

Also make sure Jungle Flasher is selected to use the USB serial instead on the PC built in serial adapter.

drive tray is half closed, and com 4 is selected, which shows as the xecuter usb.

would he not get an error if the drive was not shut correctly?
