I have a 360 Elite born with a Ben-q drive, but i am currently using it with a spoofed Samsung MS-25 drive and has been working fine with FW 1.51, but when i update to 1.6 it only recognizes my gamediscs as DVD's (movies).

Here's what i do:

Get org. key from sammy drive and put it into new sammy 1.6 FW, then make the new FW spoof a Ben-q drive.
Then i flash with MTKFlash as i have always done..... anyone knows what im doing wrong?

don't you have your original firmware?

i'd take the original benq firmware and start from there.

ofcourse, how could i forget about the key from the Ben-q drive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleeping.gif)

let me know what happens when you re-spoof from the benq firmware.

It works just fine with the key from the Ben-Q drive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
