How do you install or update ixtreme 1.6 on a modded BenQ drive 360...?

I have the old ixtreme on my xbox...

Sum1 told me to use iprep 106 and boot from usb stick.... i need to know how...?

like a tutorial....

i been had all the files i just dont know how to do it... as in like steps how to do this....
