You completely missundertood it...

xbox1 backups must be properly patched in order to run on xbox360.

What we are trying is to run bad xbox1 backups with activate.iso on ix1.6

Hey yeah I just tried to do this I put in the activate.iso dl disk using clonecd and I got the put in xbox 360 thing then ejected it and put in my game and I get the disc unreadable error still :/

Before it was released I was under the impression that you would be able to boot all none patched and stealthed games with the use of the activate.iso

FFS it means that you can boot unstealthed games using activate.iso (it won't perform a stealth check and that crap), but it will still perform stealth checks and all that crap (if activate.iso disc is not used) and the FW will be stealthed so to prevent Micro$hit's banhammer!

Just to confirm , smile.gif  I used my 0800 disk which is burnt on a dvd-r  (single layer) and it boots games that would otherwise not work.

anyone xbox's broke after upgrading? updated my sammy28 and it worked fine for a few days(tested with 2 backups and an original). it was working just fine but today I got the red lights(its been like 3 years and never had a problem) and now I get no video signal and no fan.

Probably not related to flashing the drive so get it fixed if you have warranty or use heat gun or something.

P.S. If chorizo was here, he'd tell you to make a new thread rather than posting in this thread (off-topic). So I suggest you do that...
