Yep, Xbins. It will be located in the drive folder.

If you dont know what xbins is, download a program called easy xbins.

you just get  Sfdnwin.exe and samsung firmware should include the  Sfdnwin.exe..but you'll need to get kreon firmware to flash to it from xbins..
you add the -nocheck yourself..either open a command prompt window and browse to the  Sfdnwin folder and type  Sfdnwin.exe -nocheck

or create a shortcut to it on the desktop..then right click the shortcut and select properties then in the target window add -nocheck to the end of the target line..

Also for the no check option, once you have sfdnwin, open a command prompt to the directory where sfdnwin.exe is at and type "sfdnwin.exe -nocheck" without the quotes and hit enter. sfdnwin should open and display the -no check dialog box and you just click ok to continue.

If you plan to use the no check often, open notepad and just type "sfdnwin.exe -nocheck" without the quotes. Click file, then save as, change the document type to All Files and give the file a name, save it in the same directoy that sfdnwin.exe is in. Then double click the bat file to run it with the no check option.
