360 Xtractor Pro Seemed To Die
« on: April 23, 2009, 11:04:00 PM »

Any suggestions?
Won't turn on any drive, probe won't light up, just shortly before that...
every lite-on 707 read was coming up faulty serial data!

AARRGGHHHH

And now it's dead, no leds, no life at all...

burnt fuse, replaced it, no big deal, whew, back in business!

sorry for my attitude, was a bit heated!   (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Hmm, there might still be a bad component somewhere, board, or probe, idk.
serial data bad still.....
any ideas?

It lights and seemingly works now tho, just no lite-on key retrieval.

i have 2 lying around here but thats no good for you  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
if you can get one i would give that a go
you probably had a power surge if it blew your fuse on the conn kit
you may be even up for a new kit
