No. it's not safe. No one can say it's safe. If you try it and don't get banned straight away, then you'll just have to wait till the next ban wave to see if M$ got you.

Bans come in waves. You will be fine until the next ban wave which you will likely be a part of. This could happen tomorrow or in a month or more.
