if it gets stuck on 0x51 you need to try a little harder. Maybe you should use the bat scripts instead of doing it manually. use dben.

Also make sure you know what you're doing exactly when doing it with the bat scripts. Sometimes the files aren't where you expect. Make sure you know how to access file structures. In dos it's opposite of unix for the slashes that separate folders and sub dirs.  I suggest that while you are in windows, go to the directory of where the bat scripts are at...and inspect them. Right-click on each and click 'edit'. Then read where all the files go on the boot stick .  Then when you're sure that u have the right key go ahead and erase and flash.

I had ICH7..and now using ICH9 intel chipset.  Same procedure..When you launch Jungle..are you getting the "Windows drive not ready" error at the start...don't worry about that..just continue.  Go to MTK Flash and pick the right port.
You should see your BenQ.   You need to send the unlock command.  Some do get stuck at 0x51..just power it off with the tray half open..then turn on and this usually works.

JungleFlahser doesn't even starts on my vista.
This is a screenshot of the error. I don't know if with the VIA card this error will disappear.

Ah, windows vista....gotta love it and all of its security features, including the ones that hinder the user from doing things that they want to do.

Try running JK in admin mode..... right click on it and choose "run as administrator" and see if that helps any.
