630i Nforce Not Work With Benq?

I have a 630i Gigabyte chipset, and a BenQ DVD..

Tryed Iprep, Dos, Dosflash, JungleFlahser... neither worked...

So, i guess the 630i nForce dont work... Should i just buy a VIA card?

Heres where I messed up with my GEforce/nforce board.
I didnt install netframework 3.5 and then IOport.  once I did that, I connected the benq to sata port 1 and the sata harddrive to sata port 2. disconnected every other drive.  Booted up. it will see your dvd drive in windows. use jungle flasher, pick the right IO port, then follow directions from there on how to read, erase and write.
