Anyone Flash With Blaster360 Or Usb Connectivity Kit?
« on: March 09, 2009, 09:49:00 AM »

Has anyone tried Flashing with Blaster 360 or USB connectivity kit? Curious if there are any success stories out there. Haven't seen either really mentioned on forums yet.

I think he is talking about using a usb to sata adapter. im also curious I'v heard of people using sil sata cards with some drives and they were useless with previous tools. Anyone?

Why anybody would buy a blaster is beyond me. It takes 2-3 mins to open a 360 case. As for buying one, its not worth the crazy price they charge + you have to install it yourself. Either flash with 1.51 and be done with it, or wait for 1.6. Most likely there wont be a new iXtreme out for awhile, but who knows.

isn't a point of a blaster not having the need of a connectivity kit?

If anything, you're gonna hear more failures than success stories.
