WHAT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1.51 AND 1.51 FINAL?
WHY THEY HAVE TWO FILES IN XBIN?

xbins is 'invite-only' as of right now. i already downloaded it about 2 hours ago. google 'xbins downloader' and get in as quick as possible.

EDIT: scratch that! xbins works fine. but i see they added a 1.51_FINAL. what is the difference?
