Why are there two versions of the firmware one with final in the name and one without (I believe thsi is true for all versions other than hitachi). I checked them both with md5 and they seem to be identical... am I missing something?

They're the same thing. I uploaded one version, Iriez uploaded the other, lol.

Just updated my benq from 1.41 to 1.51 with jungle .043 without the OFW and it was "eesy cheezy" as someone else said. Thanks c4, you are for eva tha Man!! Now to do about 30

What's the changelog for the Hitachi 1.5.1? Is it just the 1.4 with X wave support?

I was about to suggest the same thing!!! considering that hitachi 1.5 never came out, is this just a copout for the hitachi owners?

IF you read THIS thread (which of course you post instead of reading), hitachi 1.5 was coming out this week before the 3rd wave thing hit, so it got updated to 1.5.1 as did the others.

1.6 out soon.

I just found out from a very reliable insider that 1.51 hitachi IS 1.5+xwave
So yes i know now from both here and my friendly insider too.
