Ms25 Possible Brick

I have just flashed an ms25 and the key is wrong as it wont boot any games...originals or backups

I have a flash but I am not sure if it is corrupted.

Would someone be able to take a look at the file and see if the key can be obtained from it please?

Jungleflasher says my key is "1D924A4C000000000000000000000002" @ 0x40EC....does this look real?

I think you are missing some data. Here's what JF says for one of my MS28 drives:

Something wrong with the key, there're so many 00000000..... your ms25 is not bricked at all, it's fine, but your XBox360 will useless now because you didn't backup the unique key for your XBox360 correctly (you flashed and erased that unique key already, there's no way to rebuild it), it still can play DVD movie only...

How many firmware backups you try? Try to use another backup with correct key (I flashed 3 XBox360 and ha e never seen a DVD key which contains more than three zero digits)

So just to clarify. You extracted that rubbish key and ignored all the warnings, then flashed your drive with it. Is that key part of your SamOFW.bin file or do you still have that.

Jungleflasher did not give me any warnings.


I have flashed hundreds of xboxes but this is the first time I have used jungleflasher to prepare the sammy firmware.  It didnt warn me about any problems and I didnt think to check the number.

Gutted really as my mate is gonna spew and I will end up giving him mine
