360xtractor Spear Cable Help

I received my 360Xtractor Spear without a cable to connect my Spear to my 360Xtractor. I have sent several emails to "Foundmy Console Solutions" and Maximusgames Online Store. With "no" response.

I'm having a strange feeling that i'm on my own for obtaining this cable.

Is there anyone out there can provide assistance on finding an compatible cable that would work with the 360Xtractor & Spear?

*P.S. I am VERY disappointed with the level of customer support I have received so far, good product(s) but where is big brother when you need him.

Dont think you will be able to get the cable separate. That sucks about your customer service problems. In my opinion you have 2 options. You could/should continue to bug the shit out of both maximus and the company you bought it off until you atleast receive an email or you could create a topic in the BST section to see if anybody can sell/give you the cable or the spear. Very easy, you don't need to have the spear, use the cable that you already have and make a new spear probe, this post http://forums.xbox-scene.com/lofiversion/i...hp/t669364.html may help you

Theres two options I can think of,
first one attatch a wire to each specified pin for a fixed solution.
Or get a hold of a 5 pin female header wire (female to female).

I now have a few options that I can try.

I was hoping that the vendor / store that I purchased both my 360Xtractor & Spear from would see this post and "man up" but I guess not.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Foundmy will never respond to you.  You are actually lucky to have got anything from them period with their track record.
