Ok its a little confusing. first what you want to do is plug the one nic to the internet....know which internet connection it is..For example mine is Local Area Connection. Then connect the other nic (mine is Local Area Connection 4) with a crossover cable to your xbox.  Set your xbox ip to what ever you have it at...Then in the settings for your first NIC card...the one connected to the internet source...click on the properties button when u right click it.  Go to advanced.  You will see a tab that says Allow other users to connect to the internet throught his computer. make sure this is checked.  Then it should work...is ur box modded...cause you may have to change your DHCP server to the ip address of the first NIC card with the internet....if this doesn't work just shoot back at me...and ill try to help...GOOD LUCK

ICS is what you need to get internet on the xbox. See the link below for
instructions on setting it up.
http://www.chefelf.c.../networking.php

Just make sure edit the exox.ini to use DHCP.(Use static=NO). Then
reburn the slayers disc.

ICS works with 2 ethernet NIC's, USB NIC + ethernet NIC, or even a
dial-up modem. Enable ICS and reburn slayers ,this time, in addtion to
"use static=NO", manually define your DNS servers in the evox.ini. Use
the DNS servers your ISP provides you.

You dont have to unless your running evox off a disc, in which case you
cant make any changes to the setup once booted up. Anyway, If you have ICS
enabled, and can FTP but NOT get internet on the xbox, then you have a gateway IP
or DNS problem. Or your xbox app is not configured for the internet. Post
back with the output of ipconfig /all from the command line in windows.
And also post your xbox network settings again. And one more thing, if
you have ICS enabled, make sure your xbox is set to DHCP, not static.
Although ICS clients will work with static settings, it works better when
their set to DHCP.
