Hi,
i have a problem with the kit Extractor + Spear. I have installed all driver and opened half way my liteon drive, following the tutorial provided, when i click on the key read button all works good and the key is displayed in the proper box, but when i try to get the key and files after a long wait i receive this message: Error reading inquiry data, check connections and retry.
 
i summarize step by step what i do for your better understanding:
- i half open the tray
- with the search button i found the drive
- i check the com port...is com3 (i'm using the USB)
- i put the spear in the hole (spear's led become blue and is stable)
- clicking on key read i got the key
- clicking on get key and files ( with the spear always in the hole and with a stable blue light) i receive this error: Error reading inquiry data, check connections and retry
 
i really don't know what's the problem, if i can read the key i don't understand why i can't copy it.

i really don't know what's the problem, if i can read the key i don't understand why i can't copy it.

I got this message with the latest version of JF. Went back to the initial release and it worked fine.

I try Jungle Flasher but i'm using a sata port on my onboard Silicon Image SiI 3114 sata controller and only Xtractor reader and the tool of ck3 can see the drive. I see that in the old version i can't use sata port
