Sam-ofw.bin And Iprep

Hi just a simple question I hope, should iPrep generate the sam-ofw.bin in the USB key as when im trying to flash my MS28 im getting the message that it doesnt exist.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong here.

FYI I have been using the Noob guide but it doesnt cover this
