I just got the stuuf and I will be attempted to do my first Lite-on Dump and Flash. I have searched around and haven't gotten any definitive answers.

1. There is a nice tutorial for the CK3, Can I use that even though I have the Maximus tool?

2. For the Maximus it says nothing about removing drivers from my Via card, do I nned to do it?

3. I would like to flash via dosflash but can't find a tutorial for it, can someone point me in the right direction?

yes but jungle flash works better so use it

Yes but DOS works better. Avoid doing it in Windows if at all possible. Most of the problems I've seen here have started with a Windows flash, and most get fixed with a DOS flash. Get yourself a Windows 98 boot disk image from www.bootdisk.com and go from there. I'm not sure if iPrep does all that bootdisk malarkey for you, I've never used it, I just use Win98 started in command prompt mode with my own batch files (see my signature for those).

Ok do how do I use the spear and stuff to get the files? Will it tell me dos when to hit the citcuit?

I just wish there was a tutorial from Start to finish using DOS
