I got my key and made the hacked firmware easily with xtractor + jungleflasher. But after an erase attempt, things went haywire. I tried dosflash which fixed everything (IMG:

1) Open iprep, create bootable disk for benq (yes, benq).
2) Open usb key, remove unneeded benq files, copy on the dosflash, L-O-Eras, DosFlash.typ and Lite_CFW.bin(Hacked lite-on firmware made with jungleflasher).
3) Reboot pc and disconnect xtractor kit (or whatever you have) from molex and reconnect everything again.
4) Select your usb key from the boot menu and let it load up.
5) Type in l-o-eras XXXX, where XXXX is your SATA port, example: EC00.
6) Repeat command until you get the status: 00x72, this indicates that it is erased. You may need to try this command a few times (TIP: Hold F1 so that command is re-written automatically)
7) type dosflash, read on screen instructions. Use the w command to write, it will then ask you for the firmware filename.

My hacked firmware is called lite_cfw.bin so I type this in and it writes all 4 banks.
