Maybe one of you guys can help me out. I can dump the key but when I click on the FirmwareTool tab it my screen gets cut off. I dont get the button on the right. I tried to change the screen resolution, but that didnt work. Maybe someone can help me on.

RayTwoOneThree, your bar at the top of each window is huge, try changing it to the default size, may be in your dpi settings or appearance tab

This happens to me too on Vista 32 bit and jungle flasher, Is there any other way of generating the liteon fw without using jungle flasher?

Put your key.bin etc in same folder as DVDKey32 v0.7 then double click the DUMMYGEN.EXE, then use FIRMTOOL v1.3

No, you absolutely NEED identify.bin. Re-run dvdkey.

CK3 uses dvdkey 0.6. that does not support everything you need. You will need to re-dump using any of the new tools out.

the probe is an add on to the CK3 kit, so you need both dude

put the firmware files in the jungleflasher folder in fact put all the files you need in junglefasher folder

Can you please suggest a good one for DOS ?

If you correctly dumb the 3 files you need, and when you erase your drive firmware with JungleFlasher and your computer freezes. There is no problem right? (because you have the 3 files already).

And what is the safest method: JungleFlasher, Dosflash 1.6 or 1.7beta (new on xbox-scene)?

Hey mate, you can use iPrep 006 to do this... I have done it today, I like 006 much better also! I dont really understand the benefits of upgrading either but figured hell i'm on holiday with not to much to do so why not upgrade?

Flashed a new xbox a few hours ago. I extracted the key.bin in windows using dvdkey32. I couldn't erase the firmware until I booted to dos and used dosfalsh. I kept getting FF80, all I had to is turn off then turn on the xbox and it erased from the first time.

Went to windows to do the flashing using Jungleflasher with no problems at all.

I'm using VIA chipset.

I forgot to say big thanks to team jungle.

hey guys.  Iv  got a samsung ms28 drive spoofed as a lite on (ixtreme 1.4).  How would i go about updating this?

Oh, and another quick question.  If i already have the inquiry/identity/key,bin files from my lite on, do i need a spear or any solcering or can i do it all by SATA?
