Can someone pls tell me what the BenQ and Samsung Unlock is for in jungle flasher?

Samsung MS28 here, original Xbox360 from 2006 launch. Flashed absolutely no worries with my onboard NForce 430/410 sata on my motherboard using DosFlash.

couldn't of been any easier.

original games work fine, but when i tried to run my backup of gtaiv it stucks in the first white letters

Hey Im trying to install the drivers to flash but for the life of me either I'm blind LOL or just really ^... but where can I acquire the drivers for the VIA Card driver PORT IO32..where do i get that? thanks!! and Team Jungle you guys are unbelievable Merry f'n Christmas!!

I'd guess your disk is damaged, or your previous firmware (if you had one) was of a slower speed that allowed it to read better (afaik, 1.5 is always 12x).  I'd try making a new backup.

I have one question, are the new 1.5 firmwares only useful if I want to spoof a samsung or benq into a lite-on?

What about if i have a benq and want it to be hacked and leave it as a benq ? Are there any reasons why I should swith from 1.4 to 1.5 ?

Just done a sammy ms28 here. Just fired up jungleflasher and my flashed no problems.

So I can see the drive detected in my BIOS during startup.  I can even select it as a bootable drive, yet dosflash says I have no ATAPI devices, and nothing is detected if I try through windows.  I'm not using a VIA card.  I'm using the onboard ICH9 sata ports on my motherboard.  I've tried all 4 and I get nowhere.  If anybody can help me I'd appreciate it.

same here, vista? on my pa's pc (ich7 and win xp) it works. but in my pc, also ich7 and vista, it only views up in bios. i have al drivers installed etc etc.

Just want to say Thanks to all of those who were involved... I didnt need the lite-on for myself as I have a Elite with Ben-Q and have just upgraded it to the 1.5 iXtreme, was 1.41 before that great Xmas present!! I have used the windows GUI that was created by you guys I stuck with iPrep101 v6 as it works great for me but look forward to using it in the future!!

Doesnt work with firmware toolbox, the key.bin is only 1k file size and it pops up an error saying firmware not supported when you open it in fwtb.

Someone know how to create a ix15-liteon.bin under win xp 64bit?
Firmtool 1.3 works only on 32bit system. :/
The same for JungleFlasher.
